September 2020 Proposed Code Amendments

At the Town Board September 2nd meeting, public hearings will be held to consider minor amendments to Article I, Section 242-14, “Re-subdivision” and Article I, Sections 232-1 – 7, “Garbage and Refuse” of the Code of the Town of Glenville. The Re-subdivision edit creates a sketch plan requirement for lot-line adjustments. The Garbage and Refuse amendment shortens the timeframe from 5 to 3 days between notification of exterior property maintenance violations and the authorization for town officials to arrange removal should the property owner fail to comply.
