The Glenville Tax office will re-open to the public on June 1st at 9am until 5pm, Monday-Friday. The water collection begins on June 1st and will end on July 31st. Residents are encouraged to pay their bill using a check either by mail or via the drop-box located in the Police/Court Clerk vestibule. Please do not leave cash in the drop box. For those who must come into town hall to pay their bill in person, a walk-up window has been added as you enter the building on the left side of the walkway wall. Please use this window if you have no other business to conduct. Also, new this year is an online payment portal that allows you to pay your water bill by credit card or debit card for a convenience fee. Visit our website: townofglenville.org and select the pay bills button on the home page to use this payment method.
Finally, all social distancing recommendations and guidelines remain in effect and must be followed when entering town hall. These include wearing a face mask that covers the mouth and nose, and maintaining a minimum 6-foot distance between other people in line. Thank you for your patience and understanding during this time.
