Town Clerk

The Glenville Town Clerk's Office is open during normal business hours.  

For your convenience any and all services can be processed by mail, drop box or mail slot.

Birth Certificate request- Copy of Drivers License and completed application required.

Death Certificate requests- Copy of Drivers License and completed application required.

Marriage Certificate requests- Copy of Drivers License and completed application required.  All Marriage Licenses are by appointment only. 

Disability Permits- Copy of Drivers License and completed application required.

Dog License renewals & new licenses- Update of rabies, address, phone number, veterinarian, late fee may be required.

Dog Park permits- Additional information may be required. 

FOIL requests by mail & email

Marriage Licenses will be offered by appointment ONLY for Glenville residents, with completed applications and must be submitted to our office prior to your scheduled appointment. To schedule an appointment please call 518-688-1200 option 2 or email our office.
