Stormwater Management

The Town of Glenville is a Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) community. The Commissioner of Public Works is the Stormwater Management Officer responsible for enforcement of the MS4 program; the Director of Planning is the Stormwater Coordinator responsible for drafting the documentation; and the Code Enforcement Officer is a Qualified Inspector responsible for enforcement of regulations on active construction sites and in the maintenance of stormwater facilities.
