Planning Approvals
The Planning Department accepts site plan, subdivision, conditional use permit and variance requests. Applicants submitting to the Planning Department will need to provide associated forms and fees prior to consideration. Please note that only a complete package will be accepted for review. At the outset, the Zoning Administrator will determine whether the proposal:
- meets Town Zoning Code;
- requires SEQR review;
- must be sent to the County Planning Department for consideration;
- fits within the Comprehensive Plan or other guiding study/plan document; and
- starts the application review process with the PZC, Town Board or GECC.
