Phase III Reopening

The Capital Region Phase III businesses reopened Wednesday June 17th 2020. All reports indicate that the number of new cases, deaths and hospitalizations are down in the capital region. As the trend continues, restaurants, nail salons and spas reopened to the public.
Residents have welcomed attending some of their favorite restaurants and shops. Business owners have been meticulous in following guidelines to ensure customer safety. Reopening guidelines are available below or on the website https://forward.ny.gov/phase-three-industries.
