NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING               ON A PROPOSED LOCAL LAW

OF THE TOWN OF GLENVILLE, AS SET FORTH HEREIN

 

LEGAL NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to Section 20 of the Municipal Home Rule Law of the State of New York, and pursuant to a resolution of the Town Board of the Town of Glenville, adopted March 6, 2024, the said Town Board will hold a public hearing at the Glenville Municipal Center, 18 Glenridge Road, Glenville, New York on March 20, 2024 at 7:00 PM, to hear all interested parties and citizens regarding the adoption of proposed Local Law No. 4 of 2024, titled “Amendments to Glenville Town Code Chapter 101 to Require Fire Safety Registration Statements”, to the Town Code of the Town of Glenville. Said hearing may be adjourned from time to time as necessary. Further information, including access to a copy of said proposed Local Law, may be obtained at the Town Clerk’s Office, 18 Glenridge Road, Glenville, New York 12302.
