9. Public hearing at 7:00 PM or as soon thereafter as possible, at which time it will hear all
persons interested in the proposed local law to amend Part II, “Legislation”, Article VIII
“Supplemental Regulations”, Chapter 270-49, “Grading and Site Preparation,” with accompanying
amendments of the Code of the Town of Glenville.
10. Public hearing at 7:00 PM or as soon thereafter as possible, at which time it will hear all persons
interested in the proposed local law to amend Part II, “Legislation”, Article XI “Stormwater
Management and Erosion Control”, Chapter 270-75 through 82.10 with accompanying
amendments to the Code of the Town of Glenville.
11. Resolution stating that the records of the Town Justice Court for the Town of Glenville for the year
January 1, 2019 through December 31,2019 have been audited by the Town of Glenville
pursuant to Section 2019-a of the Uniform Justice Court Act.
12. Resolution approving 2020 budget amendments.
13. Resolution authorizing and directing the Glenville Town Supervisor to file an application for
contributory reimbursement funds as part of the “10,000 Trees...And Growing!” tree plantingprogram, and upon approval of said request, to enter into an d execute a project agreement with
Niagara Mohawk (dba National Grid) for such financial contribution to this municipality.
14. Resolution adopting Local Law #7 of 2020 amending Part II, “Legislation”, Article VIII
“Supplemental Regulations”, Chapter 270-49, “Grading and Site Preparation,” with accompanying
amendments of the Code of the Town of Glenville.
15. Resolution adopting Local Law #8 of 2020 amending Part II, “Legislation”, Article XI “Stormwater
Management and Erosion Control”, Chapter 270-75 through 82.10 with accompanying
amendments to the Code of the Town of Glenville.
16. Resolution scheduling a public hearing for Wednesday, August 19, 2020 at 7:00 PM or as soon
thereafter as possible at which time it will hear all persons interested in the proposed
amendments of Article VIII, “Supplemental Regulations,” Section 270-46, “Personal Wireless
Service Facilities” to Chapter 270, Zoning, of the Coe of the Town of Glenville.
17. Resolution scheduling a public hearing for Wednesday, August 19, 2020 at 7:00 PM or as soon
thereafter as possible at which time it will hear all persons interested in the proposed
amendments of Section 270-3, “Definitions” to Chapter 270, Zoning, of the Code of the Town of
Glenville.
18. Resolution scheduling a public hearing for Wednesday, August 19, 2020 at 7:00 PM or as soon
thereafter as possible at which time it will hear all persons interested in the proposed
amendments of Section 270-10 through 13, of Article V “Districts and Boundaries” to Chapter
270, Zoning, of the Code of the Town of Glenville.
19. Resolution scheduling a public hearing for Wednesday, August 19, 2020 at 7:00 PM or as soon
thereafter as possible at which time it will hear all persons interested in the proposed
amendments of Article XVIII “Commercial Development Design Guidelines Section 270-133
through 138.1 of the Code of the Town of Glenville.
20. Resolution scheduling public hearing for Wednesday, August 19, 2020 at 7:00 PM or as soon
thereafter as possible at which time it will hear all persons interested in the proposed
amendments of Article IX, “Sign Control,” Sections 270-66 – 72, to Chapter 270, of the Code of
the Town of Glenville.
21. Resolution authorizing the rental of Maalwyck Park by the Burnt Hills Youth Field Hockey
Organization to hold a Skills Camp, August 10, through 13th, 2020.
22. Resolution adopting the Town of Glenville’s Official Flag.
23. Resolution adopting “Building Energy Benchmarking Policy/Procedures.
