Town Hall Employees Kept Home Through Wednesday, January 13th

Town Hall To Be Closed For All Business Until Thursday, January 14th

Supervisor Chris Koetzle ordered all Town Hall staff to remain home through Wednesday, January 13th in a proactive step to slow the possible spread of Covid-19 among employees.  The town has seen a slight uptick in positive cases among employees and the Supervisor has taken this step to ensure the health and safety of all is protected.  Therefore, effectively immediately, there will be no business conducted at Town Hall on Tuesday, January 12th and Wednesday, January 13th.  The Supervisor has arranged for a "deep sanitation" of the Town Hall and the Highway Department that will include all town vehicles.  Town offices will re-open on Thursday, January 14th at 9 AM.

Employees have been given the ability to work from home during this time and have access to many of the town's operations and functions.  Therefore, employees will be checking emails, voice messages, and will be able to work electronically while at home.  Tax payments can be dropped off at Town Hall in the Police vestibule on the right side of the building.  There is a secure drop box for payments that is under 24 hour surveillance. Please do not leave cash.  The town was also able to waive all fees for "e-check" payments that can be made on the Receiver’s webpage of the town website (townofglenville.org).
