Attention Spectrum Cable Customers: 

Dear Resident, 

Please check your Spectrum Cable bills. My office has been getting calls about the cable franchise fee being higher this month.  Apparently, Glenville customers were overcharged for the franchise fee portion of their bill.  My office has been in contact with Spectrum and they have admitted to the error and have agreed to fix it with a credit on your next month’s bill.  The town of Glenville has an agreement with Spectrum that caps the amount of the fee that can be charged to customers.  Please keep an eye out for your next bill for the credit and do not hesitate to contact my office at 518.688.1201 or email directly at ckoetzle@townofglenville.org if I can be of any help with Spectrum.  Your bill may or may not have been impacted, so please check last month's, this month's and watch out for any changes to next month's bills.
