Horstman Farm Development
In response to resident concerns, Supervisor Koetzle hosted a virtual meeting to discuss the proposed mixed-use planned development district that would be constructed on the former Horstman’s Farm. The proposed project is comprised of eighty (80) condominiums, eight (8) apartments and two (2) 4,000 sf commercial spaces. Although early in the planning approval process, Supervisor Koetzle sought resident input and concerns by sharing drawings the town received from the applicant. Currently in front of the Planning Zoning Commission (PZC) for recommendation to the Town Board, the next meeting will take place March 14th.
