The town of Glenville wants to ensure that all of its residents have access to adequate broadband. Town officials believe that the two-thirds of Glenville that is rural lacks adequate broadband due to the fact that large companies do not invest when too few customers are not available. It is clear that with the current shift in how people work, govern, educate, and live, broadband is a crucial aspect to rural residents. As a result, town officials are studying the current availability as well as the internet needs of residents throughout the town, whether in urban, suburban or rural settings. The purpose of this survey is to identify specific areas in the town of Glenville that are unserved or underserved to broadband internet access. This 11-question survey will only take participants about 2 minutes to complete and all participation will be extremely beneficial in making a difference to our community.
