Payment options are as follows:

In-Person option: You can pay your bill in person at the Town Hall from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday-Friday. We accept cash, check, or credit card.

Mail-in option: You can mail your check to the Town of Glenville, Receiver of Taxes, Glenville Town Hall, 18 Glenridge Rd., Glenville, NY 12302. Your tax bill needs to be postmarked by the due date or it will be considered late. Those who wait until the end of the month to mail their payment should walk into a post office and ask to have their stamp "hand cancelled" to be sure of a valid postmark. Please write your phone number on the check.

Online Option: You can use the town's website, townofglenville.org  to make a credit card, debit card, or e-check payment. Please make sure you enter all of your banking information correctly or your payment will be rejected and your bill will remain unpaid. Vendor fees apply for these transactions

Drop Box Option: You can bring your payment into the Town's front vestibule during business hours of 9am to 5pm, Monday - Friday, where you can drop your payment through the mail slot. This is a secure method that allows payment to securely go into the Receiver's office. Receipts will be mailed once the payment is processed. The payment will be processed on the business day it was dropped. We ask that you do not drop cash in the box. Please write your phone number on the check.

24/7 Drop Box Option: Tax payments can be dropped off at Town Hall in the Police vestibule on the right side of the building. There is a secure drop box for payments that is under 24-hour surveillance.
