Oak Wilt Quarantine Reminder

From the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation: Reminder that all oak wood and firewood of any species cannot be moved outside of Glenville and Scotia from March 31st through August 1st. Landowners need a permit from DEC to transport wood outside the quarantine district during other times of the year. To read more about the Commissioner’s order, click here.
