ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Zoning Board of Appeals will meet at the Glenville Municipal Center, 18 Glenridge Road, Glenville, NY 12302-4518 on Monday, February 27, 2012 at 7 p.m. to hear all persons interested in the following applications as provided for by the Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Glenville.
Application of Robert M. Pena, 761 Saratoga Road, Burnt Hills, NY 12020 for a Sign Variance that will allow for a newly erected 9’ 9” monument sign for R.M. Pena, Inc. to remain. Said property is located in the Community Business Zoning District and is identified on tax map: 10.13-1-14.11.
In accordance with the Codes of the Town of Glenville 270-134 (C)(6)(b)(4) Height – Monument signs shall be no greater than eight feet in height above finished grade. Therefore the applicant is seeking a variance of 1’9” in height.
Application of Brandon Guthinger, 1900 North Road to allow for a detached accessory structure to remain 3’6” from the property line. Tabled from the December meeting.
