        PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Zoning Board of Appeals will meet at the Glenville Municipal Center, 18 Glenridge Road, Glenville, NY 12302-4518 on Monday, September 22, 2008 at 7 p.m. to hear all persons interested in the following applications as provided for by the Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Glenville.

Application of Mike Scaccia, 674 Sacandaga Road, Glenville, NY 12302 for an Area Variance that would allow for the applicant to pursue a 2-lot subdivision.  Lot 1 would have the required minimum frontage of 200 feet; however, Lot 2 would have frontage of 103.91 feet.  Said property is located in a Rural Residential/Agricultural Zoning District and is identified on tax map 14.-4-1.
        In accordance with the Codes of the Town of Glenville 270 Attachment 1 - lots in the Rural Residential/Agricultural Zoning District served by public water must have a minimum of 200 feet frontage.
