The applicant is seeking Site Plan approval to construct a 1,537 sq. ft. addition on the Saratoga Road side of the existing daycare facility for 20 additional children in the school-age program. The property is located at the corner of Gleason Road and Saratoga Road and is zoned Professional/Residential.

The applicant is seeking Site Plan approval to utilize the existing 16,800 square foot structure as an electronics repair office, storage and technical center. The property is located on the East side of Saratoga Road between Kile Drive and Hetcheltown Road. The front half of the property is zoned General Business and the rear portion Suburban Residential.
4. Town of Glenville Zoning Text Amendments

This proposal involves several amendments to the sign regulations portion of the Town of Glenville Zoning Ordinance. The amendments are meant to acknowledge the evolution of new sign materials and lighting methods; to add provisions for sign types that weren’t contemplated when the Ordinance was first adopted in 2001 (i.e. LED signs); and to correct conflicting provisions.
