673 Swaggertown Road PZC Lead Agency
The applicant has proposed a Minor Subdivision consisting of 4 single-family residential building lots from the 54.95+/- acre parent parcel. The proposed lots are greater than 2 acres in size and will feature public water and private on-site wastewater treatment systems. The parcel is located within a Rural Residential/Agricultural Zoning District.
B. Super Steel – Water Test Building Site Plan Review
2000 7th Street PZC Lead Agency
Super Steel Schenectady has applied for Site Plan approval to construct a water test building at their facility in the Scotia – Glenville Industrial Park. The building is a self-contained structure used to spray pressurized water at rail cars. The project site is zoned Research/Development/Technology.
