B. Trust of Eli Backer Use Variance

The applicant has requested a use variance to establish an automotive repair business in the vacant building adjacent to Pizza Hut. The parcel is located within the General Business and Town Center Overlay zoning district.
C. Patriot Square Apartments – N.Y. Development Group, LLC Site Plan Review
East of Lincoln and Wilson Drives PZC Lead Agency
Site plan approval is requested to construct 13 apartment buildings containing 156 housing units on 11.0 +/- acres. Access to the project site will be provided via a new road extended north from Rudy Chase Drive. The parcel is zoned General Business.
