A. Tel Oil (Sunoco) – Three Sons Petroleum Corporation Site Plan Review
2901 Amsterdam Road (NYS Route 5) PZC Lead Agency
The applicant has proposed redevelopment of the nonconforming Tel-Oil gasoline station located along the south side of NYS Route 5, approximately 430 feet west of Van Buren Lane. The site plan includes new canopies over the existing gasoline and diesel fuel pumps, relocation of the above ground kerosene tank/pump, and construction of a new 1,700+/- square foot mini-mart. The property is zoned Community Business and is located within Zone II - Primary Recharge of the Intermunicipal Watershed Rules and Regulations Schenectady Aquifer Protection Zones Map.
B. Town of Glenville SEQRA Recommendation
Wind Energy Facility Law Town Board Lead Agency
The Town of Glenville is proposing a local law which would guide the construction and operation of wind energy facilities, small wind energy facilities and wind measurement towers within the Town of Glenville.
