The proposed subdivision would divide an existing 7.446 +/-acre parcel into two lots; one of 3.818 +/- acres, the second lot 3.628 +/- acres. Both proposed lots will be used as residential building lots with private on-site waste water disposal systems and public water. The property is located within a Suburban Residential zoning district.
B. Baptist Health Nursing & Rehabilitation Center

Zoning Map Amendment – Mixed Use Planned Development District Town Board Lead Agency
The applicant is requesting a Zoning Map Amendment to establish a Mixed Use Planned Development District (PDD). Baptist Health Nursing and Rehabilitation plans to construct a “Senior Living Community” on 48.05 +/- acres located at 7 Swaggertown Road. The proposed Mixed Use PDD will include a three–story 126-unit assisted living center, a three–story 120-unit independent living center, 36–unit independent living cottages, 21-greenhouse style nursing homes that include a common building and an adult day care center. A commercial parcel is also planned along Swaggertown Road that may include a bank, office space or retail components. The project will be developed over multiple phases spanning seven to ten years.
