A. Pat Popolizio – Waters Edge Light House Restaurant Site Plan Review
2 & 4 Freemans Bridge Road PZC Lead Agency
Site plan approval is requested for the construction of a 1200 square foot extension of the roof line over the existing patio at the rear of the banquet facility. In addition, the applicant is seeking approval to construct a 300 square foot “cabana bar” adjacent to the Waters Edge Light House Restaurant. The properties are within a Riverfront Recreation/Commercial zoning district.
B. Town of Glenville SEQRA Recommendation
Telephone Directory Distribution Local Law Town Board Lead Agency
The Town of Glenville is proposing a local law which would place restrictions on the delivery of telephone directories on private property and prohibit delivery on public property.
C. Town of Glenville SEQRA Recommendation
Public Safety Communication Tower Town Board Lead Agency
The Town of Glenville is proposing to construct a 180 foot tall communications tower as part of a land mobile radio enhancement for the Police Department. The tower will be located on town owned property at 1086 Church Road.
