The applicant is seeking site plan approval for a salon at 427 Saratoga Road.  The property is located within the Community Business zoning district.   

B. Laurie S. and John L. Reilly                                 Minor (2-lot) Subdivision

This application calls for the subdivision of a 3.94+/- acre parcel on the north side of Edmel Road.  The result of this subdivision would be the creation of a 3.44+/- acre parcel that contains the existing home and improvements, as well as one new building lot consisting of 21,803+/- square feet. The project site is zoned Suburban Residential.  

C. Tel Oil (Sunoco) - Naeem Mehmood                                     Site Plan Review

The applicant is proposing to redevelop the existing nonconforming gasoline station site. Included in the redevelopment plan is a new canopy over the existing gasoline pumps, relocation of the two diesel fuel pumps and the kerosene tank/pump, and construction of a new 1,700+/- square foot mini-mart building. This property is zoned Community Business and is located within Zone II, Primary Recharge of the Intermunicipal Watershed Rules and Regulations Schenectady Aquifer Protection Zones Map.
