A. Lewis Place, LLC Site Plan Review
375 Saratoga Road PZC Lead Agency
Site plan approval is requested to establish professional offices in the vacant Lewis Place office building located on the west side of Saratoga Road between Woodruff Drive and Edmal Road. The parcel is within a Professional/Residential zoning district.
B. Eugene Riggi, Sr. Conditional Use Permit
63 Glenridge Road ZBA Lead Agency
A Conditional Use Permit for the construction of a duplex housing unit was approved by the Zoning Board of Appeals on September 25, 2006 and has since expired. No changes are proposed to the original application. The parcel is located on the north side of Glenridge Road approximately 600 feet east of St. Anthony Lane in a Suburban Residential zoning district.
C. Beverwyck Development Minor (2-lot) Subdivision
Swaggertown and Onderdonk Roads PZC Lead Agency
The applicant has proposed a minor (2-lot) subdivision of the 26.3+/- acre parcel owned by the Burnt Hills – Ballston Lake Central School District. The new lots will be 14.5+/- acres and 11.6+/- acres in size respectively, and will be used for single-family homes. Public water and private on-site individual wastewater treatment systems are proposed. The parcel is east of Swaggertown Road in a Suburban Residential zoning district.
D. Town of Glenville Zoning Text Amendments - Town Board Lead Agency
The Town of Glenville is proposing various zoning text amendments covering the following topics: 1) keeping horses in Suburban Residential zoning districts on lots of 10 acres or greater; 2) expiration of site plan approvals; 3) revisions to “home occupations” in keeping with NYS building code requirements; and 4) the addition and revision of several definitions to clarify terminology used in the Zoning Ordinance.
