The applicant is requesting site plan approval to convert an existing detached garage into an exercise room. The space will be leased by a sports trainer for instructional services. The parcel is located at the northeastern corner of Kile Drive and Saratoga Road within a Professional/Residential zoning district.

B.  Michael Pelkey                                                                    Minor (2-lot) Subdivision
89 Swaggertown Road                                                                 PZC Lead Agency
The applicant has proposed a minor (2-lot) subdivision that will result in the creation of a 30,000 square foot single-family residential building lot from the existing 1.7 +/- acre parent parcel. Both lots will have public water and private on-site wastewater treatment systems. The proposed subdivision is located approximately 1000 feet north of Worden Road within a Suburban Residential zoning district.

The applicant has proposed a minor (2-lot) subdivision that will result in the creation of a 2.0 +/- acre single-family residential building lot from the existing 7.5 +/- acre parent parcel. Both lots will have public water and private on-site wastewater treatment systems. The proposed subdivision is located east of the intersection of Bolt Road and Swaggertown Road within a RuralResidential/Agricultural zoning district.
