Scotch Bush Road (225 feet north of Lake Hill Road)                PZC Lead Agency
The applicant has proposed a minor subdivision consisting of 3 single-family residential building lots from the 2.3 +/- acre parent parcel. The proposed lots will be served with public water and private on-site wastewater treatment system. The parcel is located within a Suburban Residential zoning district.

The applicant is requesting site plan approval to convert an existing single-family residence into a dentist’s office. The parcel is located within a Professional/Residential zoning district & the Town Center Overlay district.

The applicant has proposed a minor subdivision consisting of 2 single-family residential lots from the 2.94 +/- acre parent parcel. The proposed lots are 1.69 +/- and 1.25 +/- acres in size. Both lots will be served with public water and private on-site wastewater treatment systems. The parcel is located within a Suburban Residential zoning district.

The applicant is requesting site plan approval to construct two 8-unit apartment buildings on an existing 1.4 +/- acre parcel located on the corner of Burch Parkway and Sacandaga Road. The proposed apartments will have public water and sanitary sewer. The parcel is located within a General Business zoning district.

The applicant is requesting site plan approval to construct one 12-unit apartment building in the existing apartment complex located behind Socha Plaza. The proposed apartments will have public water and sanitary sewer. The parcel is located within a Multi-family zoning district.

G.  Belmonte Builders, Inc.                                                                  Change of Zoning

The applicant is requesting a change of zoning for their recently approved Glenview Estates residential subdivision. The requested zoning designation is Residential Planned Development. The proposed lots will be served with public water and sanitary sewer.
