WELCOME TO THE GLENVILLE SENIOR CENTER
The Center was opened in 1997 and provides the Scotia-Glenville Senior Citizens, Inc. with a facility to offer programs and services for the community. The Seniors, Inc. have been in operation for over 30 years in the community and are proud to have this facility in our town. The center was funded through town support, local grants and fundraising. It is host to many activities including: guest speakers, special programs, numerous exercise classes, card playing, bus trips, sport activities, a daily lunch program and more.
MEMBERSHIP
We invite anyone aged 55 and over to become a member of our Center. Membership may be obtained at any time and is renewable every calendar year thereafter. As a member, you will receive our bi-monthly newsletter, Senior Moments, in the mail. In the newsletter you will find numerous activities, trips and programs to participate in.
Annual Membership Fees: (2008)
Glenville Residents $15 per person
Non-residents $25 per person
Membership allows you the privilege of participating in various programs.
