RESPONSIBILITIES:
To collect all fines and surcharges during regular office hours and also during night court hours. Process all traffic/appearance tickets issued by either the Glenville Police Department, New York State Police, Schenectady Sheriffs Department or ENCON.
Assist people who want to file a small claims case against any individual/business who either live or work in the Town of Glenville.
