The Amedore/Glen Oaks subdivision application is currently before the Town’s Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) for consideration of a number of minimum lot width and minimum lot depth area variance requests. The ZBA considered the area variances at their November 24, 2014 meeting and held a public hearing at that time. The ZBA did not act on the variance applications and will continue deliberating on the variance applications at their meeting on Monday, December 22nd at 7:00 p.m. The ZBA will also hold another public hearing on December
22nd for consideration of three additional area variances associated with the Amedore subdivision proposal.
Following the ZBA’s decision on the area variance requests, the Planning & Zoning Commission (PZC) will conduct its final subdivision review (the PZC granted preliminary subdivision approval, with conditions, on October 13th). The earliest this could happen is January 12, 2015. Another public hearing will be held as part of the final subdivision review.
