The applicant is seeking Site Plan & Conditional Use Permit approval to occupy the existing 4,224 +/- sq. ft. building as an automotive repair business. The project site is located on the north side of Sarnowski Drive opposite Trustco Bank. The property is zoned Research/Development/Technology.
B. Michael Schaeffer - Auto Solutions Site Plan Review & Conditional Use Permit
120 Freemans Bridge Road PZC Lead Agency
The applicant is seeking Site Plan & Conditional Use Permit approval to utilize the existing 1,200 sq. ft. building as an automotive detailing garage for business associated with Auto Solutions. The project site is located on the east side of Freemans Bridge Road opposite Precision Glass & Aluminum. The property is zoned General Business.
C. Jeff Haradin - Mohawk Honda Site Plan Review & Conditional Use Permit

Mohawk Honda is seeking Site Plan & Conditional Use Permit approval to construct a 5,100 sq. ft. addition to their existing automotive sales facility that will be used for auto detailing, washing and repair. The proposed addition will be located on the east side of the existing building. The property is zoned General Business.
D. Robert & Cheri Kolinowski -Paws Along the Mohawk Site Plan Review
4057 Amsterdam Road PZC Lead Agency
The Kolinowski’s are seeking Site Plan approval to utilize the former Elks Lodge and grounds as an outdoor recreation facility. The lodge is located on the south side of NYS Route 5 (Amsterdam Road), near the intersection with Washout Road. No new construction or additions are proposed. The property is zoned Highway Commercial & Riverfront Recreation/Commercial.
E. Town of Glenville Sanitary Sewer District Number 9 Extension

The Town of Glenville is proposing an extension to Sanitary Sewer District No. 9. A sanitary sewer line will be extended along the north side of VanBuren Road from Saratoga Road to serve the Indian Brook apartments.
