144 Freemans Bridge Road Subdivision (Final - Public Hearing)
This proposal involves the subdivision of a 18.7+ acre commercially-zoned parcel into six lots ranging in size from approximately 1.9 acres to 4.3 acres. One lot would accommodate the existing 42,000 sq. ft. Solid Surface Craftsman building while another lot would be earmarked for storm water facilities. The remaining four lots would be available for commercial use.
3. The Howard Group Site Plan Review - additional
Glenridge Road condition of approval
The final site plan for the “Hampton Run” multi-family project was approved on May 16th. The assessment of the recreation impact fee was inadvertently overlooked at that time. The purpose of this agenda item is to officially assess the $22,500 impact fee (90 units x $250/unit).
