        2 Windsor Drive                                                                                         (Final – PUBLIC HEARING)

        The applicant is proposing to renovate the vacant 2,028 sq. ft. building located on the southwest corner of Windsor Drive and NYS Route 50 (formerly the Extreme Look beauty salon).  Site alterations include a wider (24 foot) driveway on Windsor Drive, a new two-stall garage, covered front porch, rear handicap ramp, landscaping, and interior renovations.

        466 Ballston Road (NYS Route 50)                                                        (Final – PUBLIC HEARING)

        This application involves the renovation of the vacant 4,000 square foot building located at 466 Ballston Road (formerly the Salisbury Chevrolet Truck Center).  One of the curb cuts on Route 50 would be eliminated to allow the installation of two drive-through windows and an automated teller machine.  Additional landscaping is being proposed, as are easements from neighboring properties for access and parking.    

4.      Michael Strozyk                                                                                 Minor (2-lot) Subdivision
        Waters Road                                                                                                     (Preliminary)

        This subdivision calls for the creation of a 32.2-acre parcel from a 128.6-acre parcel.  The new, 32-acre parcel would have approximately 880 feet of frontage on the west side of Waters Road, beginning about 500 feet south of West Glenville Road.  A conceptual subdivision was previously submitted for the entire 128.6-acre parcel, which included the 32.2-acre parcel currently under consideration.

5.      Michael McCardle                                                                                        Minor (3-lot) Subdivision
        Sanders Road                                                                                                    (Preliminary)

        The applicant is proposing to subdivide a 33.5-acre parcel into three lots consisting of 24.08, 5, and 4.42 acres.  The parcel to be subdivided is located on the north side of Sanders Road, between and abutting both Sanders Preserve and the Ridgewood Swim Club.
