John Sennett, owner of Central Plumbing and Heating, has proposed a phased construction project that will consolidate the present warehouses, showroom, and offices at 141 Freemans Bridge Road into a single structure. Phase one involves construction of a larger warehouse, located directly behind the existing buildings. Upon completion of the new warehouse, three existing warehouses will be demolished. Finally, a new showroom and offices will be added to the front of the larger warehouse and the present showroom/office building demolished.

The applicant, Leonard Attanasio, has proposed a minor (two-lot) subdivision of an existing 35,084 square foot parcel. The two new lots have frontage on Bancker Avenue, a town road.
