1. Approval of the minutes of the November 8, 2004 meeting.
2. Triangle Construction Site Plan Review
709 Saratoga Road (Final – PUBLIC HEARING)
The applicant is proposing to demolish an existing residence and construct a 4,000 sq. ft. contractor management office. This proposal also includes the eventual erection of a 2nd 4,400 sq. ft. building to the rear of the proposed 4,000 sq. ft. building. The 4,400 sq. ft. building would include 1,250 sq. ft. of office, with 3,150 sq. ft. being dedicated to storage of materials and company vehicles.
3. The Howard Group, LLC Site Plan Review
Glenridge Road (Preliminary – Continued from November)
The applicant is proposing to build an apartment complex (Hampton Run) on 7.27 acres off Glenridge Road (immediately west and adjacent to the Glenville Municipal Center property). The proposal includes 90 units in nine, ten-unit buildings. It also incorporates several recommendations of the Town Center Master Plan, including an allowance for a future through street, added water capacity, reduced setbacks, and increased density.
4. David DePaulo Insurance Agency Site Plan Review
2 Windsor Drive (Preliminary)
The applicant is proposing to renovate the vacant 2,028 sq. ft. building located on the southwest corner of Windsor Drive and NYS Route 50 (formerly the Extreme Look beauty salon). Site alterations include a wider (24 foot) driveway on Windsor Drive, a new two-stall garage, covered front porch, rear handicap ramp, landscaping, and interior renovations. Area variances will be required to construct the new garage and covered front porch.
5. Hudson River Bank and Trust Site Plan Review
466 Ballston Road (NYS Route 50) (Preliminary)
This application involves the renovation of the vacant 4,000 square foot building located at 466 Ballston Road (formerly the Salisbury Chevrolet Truck Center). One of the curb cuts on Route 50 would be eliminated to allow the installation of two drive-through windows and an automated teller machine. Additional landscaping is being proposed, as are easements from neighboring properties for access and parking.
