        The applicant is proposing to subdivide a 51.3+ acre parcel into 19 single-family lots (“Ryraka Woods” Subdivision) off the western terminus of Rosemere Road.  This subdivision would be served by public water and on-site septic systems.

        The applicant is proposing to demolish an existing residence and construct a 4,000 sq. ft. contractor management office. This proposal also includes the eventual erection of a 2nd 4,400 sq. ft. building to the rear of the proposed 4,000 sq. ft. building .  The 4,400 sq. ft. building would include 1,250 sq. ft. of office, with 3,150 sq. ft. being dedicated to storage of materials and company vehicles.

        This application involves the subdividing out of an 11.64-acre parcel from a 28+ acre parcel currently owned by New York State.  The 11.64-acre parcel is to be acquired by the Town of Glenville, for eventual development of a regional fire training facility.
